My name is Anna Cavezzali, I am the owner of this activity of designing and selling furniture and furnishing accessories, born in 2007 as a traditional store, transformed over time into online and home-based business.
What do I know:
I know well the companies in the furniture industry and their products (over the years I have worked with a hundred companies), these years of experience in the field have made me learn a lot about the materials used to build the furniture, how the industrial furniture are made and how customization works ... I can orient myself in a vast and increasingly difficult world between new materials, valid products, market traps ... I can frame the products offered by the market evaluating the quality / price ratio. I learned how to furnish a house, to design a kitchen, to restile a room that need to be rearranged, to design a custom wardrobe or to suggest the right table to be inserted in a particular context. I can draw in 3D your space (I use sketchup) to give you the idea of 'how it will be', I know very well the price lists and I can interpret them: making an estimate does not mean making a sum but choosing the right solution paying attention to costs and know how to suggest to those who buy where there are margins to save money. I can work on a budget. I speak English, and a few words of French and Spanish.
How I work:
people come before things: with this principle always in mind, in work and in life, I do not feel like a simple furniture retailer, this is not what I do ... I work alongside my client, making available all my knowledge and experience to accompany him to the purchase that best suits his needs and expectations, I try to get in the other to understand who he is, what he looks for, what he expects: we find the right solution together. Here is my added value.
A foot in the factory:
living inside the furniture area, I can bring you inside the factory, visiting the companies show rooms, and accompanying you to know the product to 'touch' what you are about to buy.
I select suppliers based on the quality / price ratio of their products, after-sales service and assistance (very important aspect in this sector). I work with honesty and clarity oriented towards the satisfaction of my client. A satisfied customer is the most profitable advertising investment. Convenience is mutual.
And where do we meet?
when the email is not enough, by appointment, here are the possibilities: I come to your home, I see your space, if needed i take measurements and pictures to understand your environment and what you are looking for. Alternatively, I can meet you in a coworking space, in a pleasant meeting room, where we can examine the projects together and discuss the furnishing of your space. In Pordenone I use the Cowo space while in Udine I am hosted in an architects' studio. For other areas at the moment the home visit remains valid within a radius of 50-60 km from Pordenone.
